Job Description
Australian Venue Co. is seeking a People Data & Insights Analyst to turn complex people data into explicit, trusted insights.

You will partner with People & Culture, Payroll, Data Services and our enterprise data platform to drive workforce analytics across planning, sentiment, retention and risk. You will develop dashboards, data models and decision-ready reporting using SQL and Power BI, validate data from multiple sources, and communicate insights to senior leaders to influence workforce
