Job Description
IMB Bank is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Hunter Region branch network. In this full time, 12-month contract you will assist customers with banking and insurance needs face to face, over the phone and online, delivering friendly service and practical solutions.

You will work with Branch Managers to achieve goals, handle cash, balance tills and perform administrative duties while using MS Office and various digital platforms.
