Netflix Animation Studios is seeking a Head of Environments in Sydney to lead workplace asset creation across shows, guiding modeling, surfacing, and matte painting. You will translate 2D concepts into immersive 3D sets and collaborate with Directors, VFX Supervisors, and production teams to ensure high-quality environments on schedule and within budget.

You bring 10+ years in environment work, 5–7 years in leadership, and advanced Maya/ZBrush skills.
