The Opportunity:
n
In this role you will provide facilities management services and technical advice across Coles state-of-the-art Automated Distribution Centre located in Kemps Creek, New South Wales.
n
The successful candidate will report to the National Operations Manager and work closely with the Distribution Centre Manager to deliver safe and efficient operation of the facility.
n
Your key responsibilities will include:
n
n
Ensure all programs including reactive and preventative maintenance are executed promptly and meet quality requirements
n
Oversee the efficient and effective operation of the site, including cleaning, security,



contractor management, self-delivery staff and waste management
n
Manage annual facilities budget, identifying and prioritising funds to support required services
n
Drive continuous improvement and implement and develop safety standards and procedures, including conducting audits across the site
n
Adhere to all City Health and Safety (Think Safe) policies and procedures
n
n
To be considered for this role you will:
n
n
Tertiary qualification in Business, Administration or Technical stream – advantageous
n
Previous Facilities Management experience, ideally in a commercial supply chain environment
n
Experience with budget responsibility, including capital and operational budget management
n
Strong administration, planning and coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail
n
Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships, working closely with local and nationally based clients, contractors, technicians and team members
n
Current and valid Australian Driver's Licence and willingness to travel interstate as required
n
n
