YOUR DAILY GAME PLAN

This is a structured role designed to put you in front of the right prospects at the right time.
n
9:00am – 2:00pm | COMMERCIAL
n
Visit local businesses, speak with business owners and decision-makers, identify opportunities for commercial solar and battery, and book qualified appointments for our Commercial Energy Consultants.
n
Daily KPI: 30 commercial businesses
n
You generate the opportunity. Our experienced commercial team takes it from there.
n
3:30pm – 5:30pm | RESIDENTIAL
n
Move into residential territories during the highest-value period of the day when homeowners are returning home.
n
Start conversations, qualify homeowners and book appointments for our top-performing Residential Solar Consultants.
n
Daily KPI: 100 residential doors
n
You're not expected to sit the appointment or close the deal.
n
Our top sales consultants do that for you.
n
Your job is to create quality opportunities — and get rewarded for them.

HOW YOU GET PAID
n
This is a commission-only,



performance-based opportunity with no income cap.
n
Residential
n

Paid commission for every qualified appointment booked
n
Additional bonus when your appointment converts into a sale
n
The more quality appointments you generate, the more you earn

Commercial
n
n
2.5% commission on every signed commercial contract
n
Average commission of approximately $2,000–$4,000 per deal
n
Larger commercial projects can generate significantly higher commissions
n
n
One strong commercial opportunity can make a serious difference to your week or month.

A strong performer should be targeting:

150 commercial businesses approached per week
n
500 residential doors knocked per week
n
***** qualified residential appointments per week

1–2 quality commercial opportunities generated per week

From there, our sales team does the heavy lifting.

Your earning potential comes from combining residential appointment commissions + residential sale bonuses + commercial deal commissions.
