As a Business Analyst at C&K;, you'll help shape a better way to grow. Partnering with teams across the organisation, you'll turn data into meaningful insights that support informed decision-making, continuous improvement and the long-term sustainability of our services.
n
This full-time, 12-month fixed-term role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference by helping our centres remain strong, sustainable and focused on delivering the best possible outcomes for children and families.

In this role you'll:
n
n
Gather, analyse and document business requirements.
n
Map and improve business processes and ways of working.
n
Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders across C&K.;
n
Translate business needs into practical solutions and recommendations.
n
Support strategic projects, system improvements and organisational change initiatives.
n
Use data and insights to drive continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
n

What you'll bring
n
n
Tertiary qualifications in business, economics, accounting or commerce preferable.
n
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
n
Demonstrated experience in business process improvement and requirements gathering.
n
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
n
Current Blue Card and Police Check, or willingness to obtain.
n
Experience in education, not-for-profit or community services desirable but not essential
n
