The Opportunity
n
As a Senior Accountant or Manager in our Griffith office, you'll take on genuine responsibility and grow into leadership at a pace that matches your ambition.
This isn't just compliance work, you will be delivering high-value advisory, helping clients navigate complex challenges along the way. You'll also play a key role in mentoring and supporting the Griffith team, helping shape a culture of excellence, growth and community.

Position Responsibilities
n
n
Collaborate with Partners and team members to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients
n
Support the delivery of tax planning and advisory services to a diverse client portfolio
n
Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning
n
Review and oversee the preparation of Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFs
n
Build and strengthen long-term client relationships through proactive advice and exceptional service
n
Review the preparation of BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT and PAYG obligations across a range of client structures
n
Liaise with the ATO and other statutory authorities on behalf of clients
n
Participate in training sessions, technical workshops, team meetings and social events
n
Contribute to the continued growth and success of the Griffith office
n
n
About You
n
n
Minimum 4-5 years' experience within a Chartered Accounting Practice
n
CA qualified or currently undertaking the CA Program
n
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or a related discipline
n
Solid technical accounting knowledge
n
Experience with APS accounting software (highly regarded but not essential)
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
n
Passionate about building client relationships and delivering exceptional service
n
Proactive, motivated and keen to continue developing professionally
