Tuscany Garden We are currently seeking an experienced Landscape Gardener to join our growing team in Sydney. The successful candidate will work across a variety of residential and commercial landscaping projects and will be involved in both the construction and ongoing maintenance of gardens and outdoor spaces.

Task & responsibilities
n
n
Preparing sites and soil for landscaping and planting works
n
Planting trees, shrubs, hedges, flowers and other vegetation
n
Installing and maintaining lawns and new turf
n
Installing and maintaining irrigation systems
n
Constructing garden beds and landscaped areas
n
Assisting with retaining walls and other landscaping structures
n
Pruning trees, shrubs and hedges
n
Lawn mowing, edging, weeding and general garden maintenance
n
Applying fertilisers, soil conditioners and other plant treatments where required
n
Operating landscaping and gardening tools and equipment
n
Maintaining outdoor areas to a high skilled standard
n
Working safely and efficiently as part of the landscaping team
n

Qualifications & experience
n
n




To be considered for this position, applicants should have: Certificate III in Landscape Construction, Horticulture or a closely related qualification
n
At least 1 year of relevant experience in landscaping or professional gardening
n
Practical knowledge of plants, turf, irrigation and garden maintenance
n
Experience using landscaping and gardening tools and equipment
n
Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work
n
Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
