About the role
n
DRA Operations are currently seeking experiencedCHPP Operator Maintainer - Electricalto join our team on site in Central Queensland.These positions will be offered on Max Term contracts until October **** and will see you work a 7/7 Roster working Dayshift and Nightshift.
n
You will be provided with flights to site from Townsville or Rockhampton with camp accommodation whilst on site.
n
Whilst Rockhampton and Townsville are our primary FIFO hubs we encourage applicants from all regional Queensland communities to apply.
n
As apart of our team on site, you will find that no two days are the same. Your duties will include but not be limited to;
n
n
Operate and monitor preparation plant to optimize production and quality as directed by the CHPP Production Supervisor.
n
Operate stockpile dozers to manage the product coal stockpile,



reclaim operations and train loading
n
Perform train loading operations in line with train schedules and blend parameters.
n
Perform first response breakdown maintenance tasks as required.
n
Conduct Planed Maintenance activities & Inspections
n
Housekeeping and general maintenance of all areas of the CHPP, Train Loadout and Yard.

About you
n
Our ideal candidate is a positive and safety-conscious team player with a strong work ethic who posses the following;

Electrical Trade Qualification
n
Previous experience as an Operator Maintainer on a processing plant
n
Stockpile Dozer Experience – highly regarded
n
Current Coal Board Medical
n
Current Standard 11
n
Valid Australian Drivers License
n
Valid Right to Work in Australia
n
SARC Cert (Safety Access Rail Corridor) - Highly regarded
n
Current LVR/CPR
n
Demonstrated safety focus with the ability to work safely and effectively as part of a energetic team
n
n
