$***** Per Hour + 12% Super + Penalty rates

Located in Melbourne CBD
n
Part-time position starting from 5:30am to 11:30am, finish early allows for work-life balance

Stable roster with regular hours

THE POSITION
n
n
Assisting and oversee the preparation, cooking and presentation ensuring that the food you offer at the site is delivered to an exceptional standard across our menus and daily specials.
n
Actively maintain a complete awareness and desire for nutrition and healthy eating
n
Championing the significance of allergy awareness and ensuring controls are adhered to
n




Influencing food costs via portion control, waste minimisation & stock control.
n
Ensure the safe production of a high-quality product without comprise to the food safety guidelines provided.
n

THE PERSON
n
n
Minimum Cert. III Commercial Cookery or 3 years' experience in a fast paced, high-volume setting
n
Ability to work within budgets.
n
Strong attention to detail, and ability to communicate to juniors & senior members of staff.
n
A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
n
Solid understanding of allergen management, food safety and infection control
n
