About the Role
n
We are seeking an experienced Product Engineering & Industrialisation Manager to lead product engineering, industrialisation and engineering-to-order activities within a manufacturing environment.
n
You'll be the technical authority across the product lifecycle, working closely with Engineering, Production, Operations, Quality and Supply Chain to deliver practical, cost-effective and manufacturable solutions.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead product engineering, design and industrialisation
n
Own the engineering-to-order process
n
Drive new product development and continuous improvement
n
Resolve complex technical and manufacturing issues
n
Develop BOMs, drawings and engineering documentation
n
Improve manufacturability, quality and production efficiency
n




Partner with Production, Quality, Supply Chain and suppliers
n
n
About You
n
n
Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
n
8+ years engineering experience
n
Strong power distribution engineering knowledge
n
Product engineering, R&D; and industrialisation experience
n
Experience in ETO or customised manufacturing
n
Strong understanding of fabrication, assembly and tooling
n
Confident with engineering drawings, BOMs and change control
n
Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
n
