Brisbane's Frankie & George Cafe is looking for their next Head Chef to lead their Brunch Service.

Building on an already busy service, Frankie & George aims to deliver one of the best Brunch's in town with the best ingredients, complimented with a skilled team, and a plating style to match.
n
What we need from our Head Chef:
n
Exceptional staff management skills, to manage a team including other qualified Chefs.
n
Top of the line culinary skills including but not limited to: Food preparation and line cooking in a very busy restaurant
n
Regular menu creation that is up to date with current trends
n
Management of a cabinet food selection
n
Training and development of other skilled Chefs
n
Managing all health and food safety requirements
n
Able to work full time hours
n
Driven to uphold our team culture.
