About The Role
As a Bookings Consultant, you will play a key role in managing the day-to-day rostering of agency nurses to ensure client needs are consistently met. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly to last-minute changes. You'll work closely with nursing staff, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient shift coverage.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day rostering of agency nurses to ensure client needs are met
Communicate effectively with nursing staff and clients to confirm shift details
Monitor shift coverage and respond to last-minute changes or cancellations
Maintain accurate records of staff availability,



shifts filled, and hours worked
Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to optimise scheduling efficiency
What We're Looking For
Robust organisational and time-management skills, with a willingness to go the extra mile
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to last-minute changes
Previous experience in healthcare rostering, workforce management, or agency scheduling preferred
Proficient computer skills with using Outlook, Excel, Word, TEAMS, SharePoint and IT data systems
