Job Description
Bayside Health invites applications for an Operations Manager at Sandringham Hospital. This fixed term role (80 hours per fortnight) focuses on 24/7 patient access and flow, and the management of resources and services across the campus.
n
You will lead cross‐disciplinary teams, work with senior clinical leaders, and ensure responsive service delivery to changing demand. Current RN Division 1 registration is required, with postgraduate healthcare studies highly desirable.
