The Role

We're seeking an experienced sales person with a strong background in the AV industry to take the reins of our business operations, sales, and strategic direction. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who understands the AV integration space from the inside — the technical realities, the client relationships, and the commercial levers that drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and grow the business across sales, operations, and client relationships
n
Develop and execute strategies for business growth and market expansion across Australasia
n
Manage and mentor a small, skilled team
n
Oversee project delivery, ensuring commercial and technical outcomes align
n
Build and maintain relationships with key corporate clients, distributors, and partners
n




Identify new business opportunities and drive the company's competitive position in the AV integration market
n
Manage budgets, forecasting, and reporting to ownership
n

About You
n
n
Proven experience in the AV industry, ideally in a senior leadership, management, or business development role within AV integration
n
A robust understanding of
corporate/commercial
AV systems, project delivery, and industry relationships (distributors, manufacturers, programmers)
n
Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and develop commercial strategy
n
Strong leadership and people-management skills
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to represent the business at a senior level with clients and partners
n
Commercially astute, with sound financial and operational acumen
n
Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in a small business environment where you can genuinely shape outcomes
n
