Location: Kids Focus, Penshurst, NSW.

Responsibilities

A structured 12 month program to allow for learning and development.
n
Initial 12 weeks of Graduate intensive training, including an extensive introduction to Concentric and working in the NDIS Allied Health Space.
n
A Supervisor to help you navigate your new role, with weekly supervision, supporting you every step of the way.
n
Flexi-time; work from home opportunities to allow for work life balance.
n
Quarterly alignment days – a day out of the clinic to not see clients, let your hair down and spend some quality time learning alongside your colleagues.

Essential Qualifications And Experience
n
n
Completed Bachelor AND/OR Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
n
Full AHPRA Registration (or eligible on graduation)
n
Valid Australian driver's licence and access to a car
n
Unrestricted Australian work rights
n
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
n
Excellent interpersonal skills to cultivate and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
