We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our team at Aspire Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic in Liverpool, NSW. This is a full time position offering you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives whilst working in a supportive, modern clinical environment. You will provide evidence-based physiotherapy services to a diverse range of patients, from sports injuries to general rehabilitation, contributing to our clinic's commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and outcomes.

What you'll be doing
n
Conducting comprehensive patient assessments, including taking detailed histories, performing physical examinations, and developing individualised treatment plans
n
Delivering high-quality physiotherapy treatment utilising a range of manual therapy techniques, exercise prescription, and modalities appropriate to each patient's condition
n
Educating patients on injury prevention, self-management strategies, and rehabilitation protocols to empower their recovery
n
Monitoring patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed, and maintaining detailed and accurate clinical documentation
n
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including GPs and specialists, to ensure coordinated and optimal patient care
n
Contributing to a positive clinic culture by supporting team members and maintaining qualified standards
n




Participating in professional development activities to maintain clinical skills and stay current with evidence-based practice
n
Managing patient appointments efficiently and maintaining a welcoming, qualified clinic environment
n
What we're looking for
n
A relevant qualification in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution, recognised in Australia
n
Current registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia and membership with AHPRA
n
A minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in physiotherapy practice
n
Strong clinical knowledge and practical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of musculoskeletal and sports-related injuries
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and explain complex concepts clearly
n
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously whilst being a collaborative and supportive team member
n
A commitment to evidence-based practice and continuing professional development
n
Robust organisational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple patients efficiently
n
Experience in sports injury management or rehabilitation is highly desirable
n
Current First Aid certification is preferred
