About the Role

As a Shift Coordinator, you'll lead frontline teams to deliver safe, productive, and high-quality production outcomes. Reporting to the Manufacturing Coordinator, you'll be the key escalation point on shift, ensuring operations run smoothly while fostering a strong team culture and continuous improvement mindset.

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Lead and support shift teams to meet production targets and KPIs
n
Drive a strong safety-first culture, including incident reporting and investigations
n
Ensure product quality and compliance standards are consistently met
n
Coordinate workflows, resources, and materials to optimise efficiency
n
Coach, mentor, and develop team members
n
Monitor performance, address issues proactively,



and support continuous improvement initiatives
n
Deliver toolbox talks and promote team engagement initiatives
n
Oversee shift reporting, documentation, and handovers
n
n
What You'll Bring
n
n
3-5 years' experience in a Team Leader / Supervisor role within manufacturing
n
Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance in a fast-paced environment
n
Strong knowledge of safety, quality, and operational processes
n
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
n
Experience coordinating production schedules and managing workflows
n
Proficiency in MS Office and
production/reporting
systems
n
Experience in grains, stockfeed, or agricultural manufacturing
n
n
