Job Title: Maintenance Fitter –FMCG
n Location:THIS IS BASED IN ROBINVALE. WE HAVE FREE ACCOMODATION TO STAY WHEN WORKING
n Roster: 7 Days On / 7 Days Off
n Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 + super
n Accomodation: You will have FREE accomodation provided when you are working the 7 days on shift only then after the shift, you will go back to wherever you live

About the Role
n
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Fitter to join our team at a well-established food manufacturing facility in regional Victoria. This role operates on a 7 days on / 7 days off roster, providing an excellent work-life balance while working within a modern production workplace.
n During your 7-day shift block, accommodation will be provided, making this an ideal opportunity for candidates based in Melbourne or other locations who are open to working regionally.

Key Responsibilities
n
Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on food processing and packaging equipment
n




Diagnose mechanical faults and implement effective repairs
n
Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve plant reliability and efficiency
n
Work closely with production teams to minimise downtime
n
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with food safety and OH&S; standards
n
Mandatory mandatory.
n
About You
n
Trade qualified Fitter / Fitter & Turner / Mechanical Fitter
n
Robust troubleshooting and fault finding skills
n
Ability to work both independently and as part of a maintenance team
n
Commitment to safety, quality, and reliability
n
