Job Description
As the Overnight Gaming Supervisor, you'll be responsible for running the gaming operation during the graveyard shift and ensuring the venue remains safe, compliant and welcoming for customers.

Key responsibilities

Supervising the gaming room and overnight team
n
Gaming compliance and responsible gambling requirements
n
Cash handling, balancing and end-of-shift procedures
n
Maintaining venue security and safety standards
n
Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues
n
Supporting and developing team members
n
Ensuring the venue is presented to a high standard throughout the night
n

About you
n
n
Previous gaming experience
n
Supervisory or leadership experience
n
Current Victorian RSA and RSG qualifications
n
Robust knowledge of gaming compliance
n
Confidence working independently and making decisions
n
Great customer service and communication skills
n
Availability to work consistent
overnight/graveyard
shifts
n
