First impressions matter, and at Frankston Toyota you'll be the one making them. As our Front of House Service Receptionist, you're the welcoming face of our service department — meeting and greeting every guest with warmth, energy and genuine care from the moment they walk through the door.

This is a full-time role with hours you can plan your life around: 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Thursday, and 7:00am to 3:00pm Friday. Weekends are yours.

Your day will include:
n
Welcoming guests to the service desk and making them feel looked after
n
Managing incoming calls to the service department
n
Coordinating service bookings over the phone and face to face
n
Offering our guests a tea, coffee or water and a comfortable wait
n
Supporting our Service Advisors to keep the department running smoothly
n
The Person
n
You're a natural people-person who lights up a room. Ideally you've spent time in a customer service or reception role, but just as important is your attitude — friendly, warm, approachable and always ready to make someone's day a little easier.
n
You'll thrive here if you're highly organised, calm under pressure and able to juggle several things at once in a busy setting. You present yourself immaculately, read a room instinctively, and take pride in giving every guest a first-class experience.



You're confident with Microsoft Office and quick to pick up new systems and skills.
