Job Description
We are looking for an Senior Oracle ERP Consultant for a long standing client with the role being based out of Sydney (preferred) or Melbourne.

Below is some of the experience we are looking for; it's essential that you have lead experience from a functional aspect.
n
Some of the experience required:
n
n
Recent, hands-on implementation experience with Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle ERP as a functional lead (this is ESSENTIAL)
n
Strong configuration and/or support experience inat least 3 or 4 of the following Oracle Fusion ERP modules: (GL, AP, AR, Cash Management) + any additional knowledge around Source-to-Pay or Projects would be beneficial
n
A solid understanding of finance processes and the ability to translate them into functional system requirements.
n
A consulting mindset - robust documentation, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
n
n
As part of the Oracle Cloud ERP team, you will play a key role in delivering end to end Oracle transformation projects across a diverse portfolio of clients (on and offshore).



You'll work across the full lifecycle—from project initiation through to go-live and post-implementation support- helping clients adopt best practice processes and realise the benefits of Oracle Cloud.

In this role, you will:

Work directly with clients to understand their business needs, analyse requirements, and design effective Oracle Cloud ERP solutions.
n
Lead collaborative workshops to demonstrate capability, gather requirements, and guide clients on best practice and cloud adoption.
n
Prepare clear, detailed configuration documents and functional specifications.
n
Continuously grow your Oracle Cloud expertise through training, self-learning, and knowledge-sharing.
n
Contribute to presales activities, including proposal development and solution support.
n
Travel is part of this role - with occasional travel to Indonesia
n
n
You're a strong communicator who can turn complex concepts into clear solutions. You're proactive, delivery-focused, and thrive in collaborative project environments. You enjoy working with clients, building relationships, and helping teams achieve impactful outcomes
n
