The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Supervisor to join our high-performing team.
n
Working closely with the Project Manager, you will lead on-site landscape construction activities, driving productivity, safety and quality outcomes across projects. You'll build strong relationships with crews, subcontractors and stakeholders while fostering a cooperative, high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise landscape construction works on site
n
Drive project delivery to programme and specification requirements
n
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams
n
Monitor construction progress and productivity
n
Champion a strong safety culture and Zero Harm approach
n
Ensure quality, environmental and compliance standards are achieved
n
Motivate and develop teams to deliver exceptional project outcomes
n
n
About You
n
You'll bring:
n
n
Certificate III in Landscape Construction
n
Extensive landscaping or civil landscaping experience
n
Proven supervisory or site leadership experience
n
Strong communication and people leadership skills
n
A commitment to safety, quality and environmental excellence
n
The drive to deliver value-for-money outcomes and meet project timelines
n
Certificate IV in Civil Supervision
n
