About The Role
n
This is a permanent full‐time position based in our Kawana clinic. The clinic operates Monday to Friday with flexible rostering, including shifts as early as 7:30am and finishes as late as 6:00pm.
n
This full‐time permanent role offers the opportunity to work within a large, supportive multidisciplinary team including Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Dietitians and Remedial Massage Therapists, supported by a strong administrative team.
n
What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal and sports‐related conditions
n
Manage a varied caseload across private practice, NDIS, and Support at Home / Aged Care clients
n
Develop personalised, evidence‐based treatment plans
n
Support paediatric patients (under 18 years) where required
n
Participate in mentoring and ongoing professional development opportunities
n

Your total remuneration package will reflect your experience, capabilities, and the value you bring to the team.Packages start from $80,000 and scale up to $120,000+, plus performance‐based bonuses so your earning potential grows with your results.

What You'll Bring
n
n
Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
n
Full/General AHPRA Registration
n
Minimum 1-2 years' experience in private practice/MSK physiotherapy preferred
n
An interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and a willingness to develop your clinical skills across a variety of conditions
n
Experience in Pilates and general conditioning, or a willingness to learn and develop your class management skills
n
Blue Card (or ability to obtain)
n
Professional indemnity insurance
n
Willingness to undergo a Police Check
n
