Our Opportunity:

Gold Fields Australia is currently seeking Process Operator to join their Processing teams across our Western Australian operations.
n
n
St Ives – Residential in Kambalda or Kalgoorlie
n
Gruyere – FIFO from Perth on an ******* Roster
n
Granny Smith – FIFO from Perth on an ******* Roster
n
Agnew - FIFO from Perth on an ******* Roster
n
n
As a key member of the site operational team, you will be responsible for operating the processing plant and associated equipment in a safe, productive and efficient manner, to maximise plant performance without effecting the environment or health and safety of personnel.

What you will be doing?
n
n
Operation of all processing plant equipment relating to Crushing, Grinding, Gravity, Leach, Adsorption, Elution, and Tails Storage Facility.
n




Operate the process control systems.
n
Identify and diagnose items that require preventative maintenance or repair.
n
Maximise plant and equipment efficiency during production.
n
Recommend and implement improvements to plant output and efficiency.
n
Safely operate IT loader, bobcat, forklift, and power tools.
n
Develop and maintain and adhere to procedures to ensure timely, consistent, and productive execution of mining plans.
n

About you?
n
n
Previous operating experience in a gold mineral processing environment. Applications from individuals with operating experience in other commodities will be considered.
n
Sound knowledge of processing methodologies and equipment including Citect control system.
n
Solid focus on safety, and a commitment to following company policies and processes.
n
Computing skills in word processing, spread sheets and databases.
n
Possess a valid manual driver's licence.
n
