The successful applicant will have experience or be willing to learn in a high-volume transport environment, exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage high workloads in a fast‐paced setting.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Process driver paperwork, timesheets, logbooks, and PODs accurately and on time.
n
Enter and manage freight jobs, manifests, and customer information.
n
Scan, file, and distribute documentation to support daily operations.
n
Greet drivers, answer phone calls, and provide customer service support.
n
Complete daily freight and pricing checks to ensure accuracy and timely invoicing.
n
Provide general administrative support to the Depot Manager and team.
n
