About the role:
n
Working closely with highly regarded Partners and senior lawyers, you will advise major insurers, insureds and corporate clients across a broad range of complex insurance disputes and claims, such as:
n
n
Complex insurance litigation and dispute resolution.
n
Public and product liability claims.
n
Professional indemnity matters.
n
Property damage and recovery claims.
n
Coverage and indemnity disputes.
n
Personal injury and casualty matters.
n
Construction‐related insurance disputes.
n




Advising insurers and corporate clients on claims strategy, liability and risk.
n
Managing significant litigated matters from initial instructions through to resolution.
n
Briefing counsel, experts and other external stakeholders.
n
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key insurer clients.
n
n
The ideal candidate:
n
n
Approximately 5+ years' PQE in insurance litigation, general liability, skilled indemnity or a related disputes practice.
n
Excellent drafting, analytical and commercial skills.
n
Confidence managing matters with a high level of autonomy.
n
Strong client relationship and communication skills.
n
An interest in developing junior lawyers and contributing to the broader practice.
n
