Your Role
n
As a Support Worker at Adele House, you'll be a key part of the team, helping create a safe, respectful and supportive environment for residents. You'll support residents with their day-to-day needs, assist with entry assessments and help ensure the smooth operation of the service. Working alongside our AOD casework, inclusion and counselling teams, you'll contribute to holistic, person-centred support that helps residents move towards their goals.

Your Responsibility
n

Support residents in a respectful and non-judgemental way
n
Help residents work towards their case plans and connect with services
n
Support daily operations, activities and accommodation standards
n
Respond calmly and appropriately to challenging situations
n
Maintain accurate records and contribute to team meetings
n
Follow WHS, risk management and safety procedures
n
n
You Will Need
n
n
Availability to work at least 3 active night shifts per week, *****pm to 6.00am
n
Cert IV in Community Services or relevant experience
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Sound judgement and crisis management skills
n
Good computer literacy and record-keeping skills
n
NSW Driver Licence
n
