Job Description
Crown Melbourne is seeking an experienced Medic Manager to lead the Medical Services team within Crown Resorts. You will oversee medical and emergency response services across a 24/7 operation, leading ~15 Medics and ensuring safety for guests, team members and contractors.

This role combines operational management, clinical governance, workforce planning, training and stakeholder engagement to deliver service excellence and align with Crown's safety and guest-experience standards.
