We're looking for an exceptional People, Performance & Capability Partner to join our People, Performance & Capability team. Reporting to the Head of People Service Delivery, this is an exciting opportunity to operate as a strategic partner to executive client groups, translating business strategy into impactful workforce and organisational initiatives.

You'll bring an evidence-based, hypothesis-led approach to solving complex people and organisational challenges, while helping shape the continued transformation of our People, Performance & Capability function into a progressive and agile-aligned team.

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Develop workforce plans aligned to business needs, strengthen succession planning for critical roles and identify emerging talent risks through data and insights.
n
Proactively identify, diagnose and solve organisational design challenges in partnership with the business.
n
Lead structural design and restructures from business case through to implementation and stabilisation, applying effective change management frameworks.
n
Act as a trusted strategic advisor to executive leaders, translating business strategy into meaningful PP&C; initiatives.
n
Co‐design and deliver leadership content, coach leaders on team effectiveness and partner with subject matter experts to define leadership success profiles.

Lead and mentor People, Performance & Capability Consultants, supporting workload capacity, quality of delivery and career progression.
n
Provide oversight of employee and industrial relations trends within your client group, supporting leaders and navigating complex matters.
n
Leverage modern tools, data and evidence‐based frameworks to identify opportunities and drive real organisational value.

About You
n
You'll be an experienced People and Performance professional who thrives in complex environments and enjoys working at a strategic level to solve challenging organisational and workforce issues.
n
You'll bring:
n
n
Experience operating as a strategic partner to the C‐Suite within a complex, multi‐site or distributed organisation.
n
Robust expertise in strategic workforce planning, succession planning and talent strategy.
n
Practical experience leading organisational design, structural changes and end‐to‐end change management.
n
A hypothesis‐led, data‐driven mindset, with the ability to use data to diagnose performance constraints and build compelling business cases.
n
Experience leading, developing and coaching direct reports or consulting teams.
n
A strong foundation in employee and industrial relations fundamentals.
n




Familiarity with agile principles, including backlog prioritisation and iterative delivery.
n
Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, Organisational Psychology or a related field, with postgraduate qualifications highly regarded.
