Qualified Painter – $40–$55/hr | Redlands & South Brisbane

MDR Prestige Painting is looking for an experienced Qualified Painter to join our growing team.
n
We have a strong workload booked ahead and are looking for someone reliable who takes genuine pride in their work and wants to be part of a business where good and hard work are recognised.

This isn't a role where you're just another number. We're a growing local painting business with plenty of work ahead and opportunities for the right person to take on more responsibility and grow with the business.

The Role
n
Our work is mainly based throughout the Redlands and South Brisbane, with a good variety of residential repaints and renovation works.
n
Work includes:
n
n
Interior and exterior repaints
n
New homes and renovations
n
Spray work
n
Timber restorations
n
High level preparation and painting
n
Working independently and as part of a small team
n
n
We take pride in producing a high-quality finish and leaving jobs clean and tidy.
n
What We're Looking For
n
We're looking for someone who enjoys having a laugh, gets stuck into the work and takes pride in what they do. Someone who can be trusted to complete work to a high standard without needing constant supervision.

Minimum 4 years painting experience
n
Strong preparation and finishing skills
n
Good knowledge of interior and exterior painting systems
n
Ability to work independently
n
Good attention to detail and pride in your finished work
n
Reliable and punctual
n
Clean and tidy work habits
n
Current driver's licence and reliable transport
n
Own basic hand tools
n
White Card
n
n
Most importantly, we're looking for someone with a good attitude who takes responsibility for their work and can be relied on.

What We Offer

$40–$55 per hour, depending on experience and ability

Weekly pay

Full time or casual ABN arrangements available if preferred
n
Optional overtime for those wanting extra hours
