Job Description
n
Own and optimise clinic technology platforms, including the booking system, VISIA Skin Analysis System and client data processes
n
Train teams and troubleshoot technology and process issues
n
Lead operational compliance across council permits, medical and clinical requirements, infection control, safety protocols, incident management and audit readiness
n
Manage clinic-specific suppliers, consumables, inventory, treatment COGs and clinical equipment maintenance
n
Create processes that minimise waste and downtime
n
Lead the operational delivery of new brands, technologies and treatments
n
Coordinate product and back-bar set-up, systems configuration and compliance documentation
n
Act as the operational lead for new MECCA Aesthetica locations
n
Build scalable processes and coordinate technology, equipment, regulatory approvals and post-launch support
n
Conduct regular clinic visits to provide hands-on support and identify operational improvements
n
Partner with the Head of MECCA Aesthetica, Aesthetica Sales Manager and clinic teams
n
n
Requirements
n
n
5+ years' operations management experience, preferably within a clinic
n
Demonstrated experience managing multiple systems and processes
n
Experience implementing recent solutions and optimising existing ways of working
n
Strong project management skills
n
Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and deliver to deadlines
n
Financial acumen, including budget management, COGs tracking and cost optimisation




n
Proactive, accountable and collaborative approach
n
Strong attention to detail
n
Ability to calmly troubleshoot operational challenges
n
