Job Description
Lithgow City Council in Lithgow, NSW is seeking a Compliance Officer to join its team in Lithgow. You will conduct inspections, investigations, and enforcement across development consent breaches and land use matters.

Reporting to the Development Manager, you will work within Acts like EP&A; ****, LGA **** and POEO ****, issuing notices and gathering evidence while representing the Council in legal proceedings as required.
