What you will need:
n
n
CurrentVictorian A-Grade Electrical Licence
n
Strong experience in industrial electrical maintenance
n
Proven ability to fault find and diagnose issues across control and power circuits
n
Experience working within live industrial environments
n
Robust commitment to safety and compliance with site procedures
n
General Construction Induction - White Card
n
n
Pre-Employment Requirements:
n
n
Attend pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol test.
n
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Perform preventative, breakdown and emergency maintenance on industrial electrical equipment to ensure safe and reliable operations.
n
Diagnose and rectify electrical faults, minimising downtime and maximising plant performance.
n
Install, modify and commission electrical equipment, control systems and associated infrastructure.
n
Assist with PLC, motor control and automation systems, including testing, troubleshooting and commissioning activities.
n
Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics and technical documentation.
n
Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with Australian Standards, site requirements and company procedures.
n
Build solid relationships with clients and provide professional technical support and customer service.
n
Complete maintenance reports, service records and project documentation accurately and on time.
n
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, reliability and operational efficiency.
n
Support team development through knowledge sharing, training and mentoring of apprentices where required.
n
n
Desirable Experience & Qualifications
n
n
First Aid & CPR Certification
n
Working at Heights (WaH) Qualification
n
EWP licence (Yellow Card)
n
Experience with PLC fault finding and industrial automation systems
n
Exposure to industrial control systems and process environments
n
Minimum 7 years' experience in the industrial sector
