The Role
n
n
As part of our management team you'll be involved in:
n
Quoting and estimating projects
n
Site inspections and project assessments
n




Project management from start to finish
n
Scheduling staff and coordinating workflows
n
Supervising day-to-day site operations
n
Domestic and commercial electrical installations
n
Residential and commercial solar & battery installations
n
Customer liaison and contractor coordination
n
Leading apprentices and maintaining exceptional workmanship
n
Assisting with the ongoing growth and management of the business
n

About You
n
n
We're looking for someone who is:
n
An A-Grade Electrician or 3rd or 4th Year Apprentice
n
Reliable, motivated and organised
n
A strong communicator with leadership potential
n
Passionate about quality workmanship
n
Keen to continue learning and developing professionally
n
Looking for a long-term career with real opportunities
n
Previous solar and battery experience is an advantage, but not essential. Full training will be provided to the right person.

What We Offer

$2,000 Sign-On Bonus(paid after 12 months of continuous employment)
n
Base salary package from $130,000 for the right candidate
n
Up to $140,000 for accredited Solar & Battery Electricians
n
Profit Share
Prospect(potential
for additional $2,000–$3,000+ per quarter)
