Job Description
Lead the commercial building and facilities management division.

Manage retail construction, refurbishment, fit-out, maintenance, and minor works projects.
n
Prepare quotations, estimates, and project budgets.
n
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
n
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
n
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing national clients.
n
Identify and secure new business opportunities.
n
Conduct site inspections, quality audits, and progress reporting.
n
Manage project schedules, procurement, and resource planning.
n
Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, Australian Standards, and client requirements.
n
Oversee financial performance, including project profitability and cost control.
n
Mentor and support project supervisors and site teams.
n
