Major Loss Repair Co-ordinator - Insurance

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Major Loss Repair Coordinator to join our team and play a critical role in managing complex insurance repairs following major events and natural disasters. This role will be based out of the Summerhill office.

In this fast-paced role, you'll work closely with Site Supervisors, insurers, trades and internal teams to coordinate end-to-end repair projects — ensuring quality outcomes, strong communication, and a seamless customer experience.

About the Role

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Work closely with Site Supervisors to drive claims forward and ensure projects are progressed efficiently through to completion
n
Manage and coordinate major loss repair projects from start to finish
n
Collaborate with insurers and internal teams to assess damage and scope works
n
Coordinate trades, resources, and schedules to keep projects on track
n
Monitor timelines, budgets, and progress, proactively addressing any delays
n
Act as the key point of contact for customers, providing clear and consistent updates
n
Liaise with contractors and suppliers, including negotiating where required
n
Ensure all works meet safety, compliance, and quality standards
n
n
About You
n
n
Minimum 3+ years' experience in project coordination (insurance or construction highly regarded)
n
Experience managing multiple, high-value or complex projects
n
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced workplace
n
Confident communicator who can engage with a wide range of stakeholders
n
Solution-focused with strong problem-solving ability
n
Ability to build relationships and manage expectations effectively
n
