We are looking for a confident, reliable, and experienced Disability Support Worker who is committed to providing high-quality care and support to our clients.
n
This is a casual subcontractor position offering competitive rates and ongoing opportunities for growth as our business expands.
n
Please note: This role will initially be on-call, with a strong likelihood of fixed shifts becoming available as our client base continues to grow.
n
Hourly Rates
n
Monday – Friday $*****/hr inc. Super
n
Saturday $*****/hr inc. Super
n
Sunday $*****/hr inc. Super
n
Public Holiday $******/hr inc. Super
n

Requirements
n
To be considered for this position,



you will need:
n
n
Minimum 2 years' experience in the disability support field
n
A confident, knowledgeable, and professional approach to support work
n
Excellent communication skills with strong English proficiency
n
A current driver's licence and access to a safe, reliable vehicle
n
ABN and appropriate insurance, including workers compensation
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
Working With Children (WWC) Check
n
Level 2 First Aid and current CPR certification
n
n
