We're looking for a People Support Coordinator to join our People Team based out of our Carrington office in NSW. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting employees and leaders across the organisation, while helping us maintain best-practice HR compliance, systems administration, and employee lifecycle processes.

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Be the first point of contact for HR support and enquiries.
n
Manage HR compliance activities, including probity and audit requirements.
n
Maintain employee records and HR systems with a high level of accuracy.
n
Generate employment contracts, letters, and employment documentation.
n
Support onboarding and employee lifecycle administration.
n
Coordinate compliance reporting and maintain compliance registers.
n
Partner with leaders and employees to deliver timely and professional HR support.
n

What You'll Bring
n

Experience building and maintaining positive relationships with managers and stakeholders.
n
Robust understanding of HR administration and employment lifecycle processes.
n
Experience working with HRIS platforms and people systems.
n
Knowledge of employment legislation, awards, and compliance requirements.
n
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
n
Ability to manage competing priorities while delivering outstanding customer service.
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
n
