Role Overview
This is a true 360‐degree permanent recruitment role where you will take ownership of a warm, established desk with active client demand. You'll have the autonomy to run your desk your way, backed by supportive leadership, strong systems, and a team-oriented team culture.

Engineering & Technical
Mining, Resources & Energy
Industrial & Manufacturing Leadership
Corporate & Commercial Functions
Skills and Experience
Proven experience running a 360 permanent recruitment desk
Background in blue-collar, white‐collar, professional, or technical recruitment
Confidence working autonomously while valuing collaboration
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term relationships
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service




Key Responsibilities
Engaging with new and existing clients across mining, energy, and industrial sectors
Transforming conversations into active recruitment assignments
Managing the complete 360-degree recruitment process
Taking detailed job briefs and gaining a thorough understanding of client operations
Proactively sourcing experienced white & grey collar candidates
Undertake comprehensive search campaigns utilising multiple tools to source the best talent available
Coordinating interviews, offers, and successful placementsBuilding and maintaining a steady pipeline of permanent roles
Fostering long-term relationships with hiring managers
Providing second to none customer service to all clients and candidates
Work collaboratively with the entire team and contribute to the rich culture within the Mobilize team
