We are seeking an experienced Chef to join our fast-paced commercial production kitchen in Footscray.

This is a full-time role ideal for someone who enjoys structured daytime hours and working in a high-volume production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Food preparation and production to consistent quality standards
n
Working efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen
n
Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and workplace cleanliness
n
Meeting production schedules and maintaining par levels
n
Contributing positively to a team setting
n

About You:
n
n
Experience in production or high-volume kitchens preferred
n
Strong time management and organizational skills
n
Reliable, punctual, and able to work autonomously
n
Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP)
n
Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 15kg as required
