Now, we're expanding our Behaviour Support Practitioner (BSP) team in QLD and we need YOU to help lead the way!

What You'll Do
n
Develop and implement proactive, person-centred behaviour support plans (BSPs).
n
Conduct functional behaviour assessments and create data-driven strategies.
n
Support the safe and ethical use of restrictive practices where necessary, ensuring all interventions comply with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission regulations.
n
Collaborate with families, allied health teams, and carers to ensure high-quality support.
n
Support and train support workers and stakeholders to put BSPs into action.
n




Continuously review and refine BSPs to match evolving participant needs.

What You Bring:
n
MUST HAVE: A BSP qualification (minimum Core preferred, deemed suitable accepted), registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. Applications without registration will not be considered.
n
Current Working With Children's Check, National Police Check, and NDIS Worker's Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
n
A commitment to ongoing learning and development in the field of behaviour support.
