the opportunity

You'llwork directly alongside one of
ourDirectors,managing
a select portfolio of HNW and SMSF clients,many of whom are former business owners with complex financial affairs.
n
This is a hands-on, client-facing role where relationships matter. Clients will know you, trust you, and come to you directly.
n
You'llbe supported to deepen your technical capability across personal tax and SMSF matters,



while also developing your leadership and client management skills.
n

what you'll do
n

Manage a portfolio of HNW individuals, family groups, and SMSF clients.
n
Deliver high-quality tax compliance and advisory work across personal tax and SMSFs.
n
Work closely with aDirectorto
deliveraccurateandtimelyyear
-end financials and tax returns.
n
Build strong, trusted client relationships and become their go-to advisor.
n
Review work prepared by others and support junior team development [level dependent].
n
Identifyopportunities
to add value and improve client outcomes.
n

about you
n

You willlikely have:
n
n
CA/CPA qualification.
n
Experience in public practice
accounting,withstrongknowledge
inareassuch asDiv7A and working
withinvestmentcompanies[Senior
Accountant or Manager level].
n
Strong personal tax experience [SMSF exposure highly regarded, or willingness to specialise].
n
A genuine interest in working with individuals and families rather than business clients.
n




Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work.
n
Confidence communicating with clients and explaining complex matters simply.
n
A collaborative, down-to-earth approach to your work.
n
Leadership experience, or a desire to grow in this area.
n
And importantly – you enjoy building relationships and delivering a great client experience [not just processing work].
