TLE Wetherill Park are looking for an enthusiastic Warehouse Operations Assistant to join their growing team. This newly created role has been introduced to support business growth and offers a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long‐term career.

What you'll be doing:
n
Pick, pack and dispatch orders while receiving, unloading and organising incoming stock.
n
Assist with inventory control, stock counts and general warehouse operations.
n
Provide administrative support including data entry, documentation and record keeping.
n
Support the office team with customer orders, paperwork and daily administration.
n
Liaise with customers, suppliers and couriers to ensure smooth operations.
n
Maintain a secure, organised workplace and assist with occasional branch support duties as required.
n
What you'll bring:
n
Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, logistics or administration role highly regarded.
n
Reliable, hardworking and willing to get involved wherever needed.
n
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
n
Positive attitude and team-player mentality.
n
Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
n
Comfortable working on your feet in a fast‐paced warehouse environment.
n




Basic computer skills and confidence completing administrative tasks.
n
Driver's licence required. Forklift licence preferred but not essential.
n
Full Australian working rights – sponsorship is not available (no temporary visas).
