We're seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Project Manager to lead the rollout of our retail concepts across Australia, Canada, and the USA. This role will see you take ownership of end-to-end delivery across new store openings, refurbishments, and store-in-store concepts - ensuring every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to brand standard.

You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to bring our store experience to life across multiple markets.

What you'll be doing
n
Lead end-to-end delivery of retail projects across Australian and international markets
n
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing timelines, budgets, and priorities
n
Coordinate internal teams, contractors, and external suppliers to ensure smooth execution
n
Act as a key point of contact across Australia, Canada, and the USA
n
Ensure all project outcomes align with brand, operational, and customer experience standards
n
Identify risks, solve problems quickly, and keep projects moving forward
n




Drive cost control and efficiencies without compromising quality
n
What we're looking for
n
Proven experience in retail project management, store development, or retail rollouts
n
Strong ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
n
Exceptional attention to detail — you understand that retail is detail
n
Confident communicator with robust stakeholder management skills across different regions
n
Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable working autonomously
n
Experience working across international markets is highly desirable
n
Work on high-impact retail projects across global markets
n
Genuine ownership of end-to-end project delivery
n
Exposure to both Australian and international retail operations
n
Collaborative, fast-paced, and supportive team environment
n
