We are a locally owned commercial construction company based in Wagga Wagga, and we are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor / Qualified Carpenter to join our team.

This is a hands on role requiring someone who can confidently manage all aspects of commercial construction projects while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:
n
Supervise and coordinate commercial construction sites
n
Perform carpentry duties
n
Supervise company workers on site
n
Manage subcontractors and daily site operations
n
Ensure compliance with WHS requirements, quality and environmental documentation
n
Maintain project timelines and high quality workmanship
n
About You:
n




Qualified Carpenter with relevant trade qualifications
n
Proven experience in site supervision or construction management
n
Strong leadership and communication skills
n
Excellent attention to detail
n
Ability to coordinate multiple trades and work independently
n
Commitment to delivering quality outcomes safely and efficiently
n
