We're seeking a dedicated and hands-on WHS Manager with some HR knowledge to play a key role in supporting our team across both human resources and workplace health & safety functions. This is a dynamic, people-focused role where you'll be the go-to for staff and leaders, ensuring smooth HR processes and a safe, compliant working environment.

Key responsibilities:
n
n
Act as the first point of contact for all HR and WHS-related queries
n
Provide advice and support on HR policies, procedures, and contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
n
Conduct workplace safety inspections, ensure the team have been fully inducted and fully compliant
n
Maintain accurate HR and safety records
n
Support injury management,



RTW coordination
n
n
About you:
n
n
A confident communicator with strong HR and safety knowledge
n
Proven experience in employee relations and WHS practices
n
Able to work across departments and build strong working relationships
n
Manufacturing experience preferred (food)
n
Committed to continuous improvement and compliance
n
