experiencedPractice
Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Clinical Servicesteam.

Working closely with the Executive Officer and a

About the role
n
As Practice Manager you will:
n
n
Lead the day-to-day operations of Bullinah'sClinical Services.
n
Support and develop a multidisciplinary teamthrough coaching, mentoring and clear leadership.
n
Oversee Medicare billing, funding andoperational systems to maximise efficiency and compliance.
n
Drive continuous quality
improvement,accreditation
and service development.
n
Build strong relationships with staff,community, partner organisations and key stakeholders.
n
Support organisational change while fostering apositive and respectful workplace culture.
n
n
About you
n
You're an experienced and approachable leader who enjoysdeveloping people, improving systems and creating a positive workplace culture.You lead by example, communicate with honesty and respect, and know how tobalance operational demands with genuine care for your team.
n
You have the confidence to lead a busy clinical servicewhile remaining approachable, organised and solutions focused. You communicatewell, build positive relationships and understand that strong systems and apositive workplace culture go hand in hand.
n
You'll bring:

professionalism.

Demonstrated leadership experience in a healthor primary care environment.
n
Strong knowledge of Medicare, practiceoperations and clinical administration.
n
Experience leading, coaching and
developingmultidisciplinary
teams.
n
Excellent organisational, communication andproblem-solving skills.
n
The ability to lead change, improve systems andbuild collaborative relationships.
n
A genuine commitment to culturally secure,community-centred healthcare.
n
Diploma of Practice Management or equivalent, orwillingness to obtain.
n
Current NSW Driver Licence.
n
Working with Children Check and National PoliceCheck.
n
n
Aboriginality is desirable.
