The Chance This is not a traditional finance role. As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will be a commercially focused leader who turns financial insight into action — influencing decisions that drive revenue growth, cost discipline, and operational excellence. You will partner across three key areas:

A portfolio of hospitals
n
Group Services functions
n
Pricing strategy and governance
n
n

What You'll Do
n
Hospital Business Partnering
n
n
Act as the trusted finance partner to a portfolio of hospitals
n
Translate financial performance into clear, actionable insights
n
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and rolling outlooks
n
Drive revenue growth, cost reduction, and operational efficiency
n
Build business cases and model performance improvement initiatives
n
Identify risks and opportunities early, influencing outcomes
n
Build financial capability across non-finance leaders
n
n
Group Services Business Partnering
n
n
Partner with Executive, IT, Finance, Marketing, and People & Culture
n
Deliver transparent and meaningful cost reporting
n
Lead budgeting and cost management across functions
n
Drive efficiency and disciplined spend
n
Support decision-making through strong financial insight and governance
n
n
Pricing Strategy & Performance
n

Lead pricing strategy and architecture across the business
n
Establish governance, controls, and approval frameworks
n
Build models, scenarios, and pricing structures
n
Deliver market and competitor insightsTrack performance and improve pricing outcomes
n
Support new site pricing and continuous improvement of systems and tools
n
n

About You
n
You are a commercially minded finance leader who thrives on influencing outcomes and working closely with senior stakeholders.
n
Essential
n
n
Proven experience in a finance business partnering role
n
Strong commercial acumen and ability to link numbers to strategy
n
Advanced financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting capability
n
Experience in pricing, commercial analysis, or margin improvement
n
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data
n
Strong systems capability and advanced Excel/data manipulation skills
n
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or similar
n
n
Desirable
n
n
Experience in multi-site environments
n
Exposure to pricing governance and frameworks
n
Experience partnering both operations and corporate functions
n
CA/CPA (or equivalent)
n
Experience with TM1
n
