Bupa Ballina is seeking a Quality Education Manager to lead quality governance and ensure staff competency in line with Aged Care Quality Standards. You will remediate gaps, coach the leadership team, and drive continuous improvement within the home.

You will oversee documentation, deliver training, and foster team-oriented relationships with the care home team. Ballina offers coastal living and a supportive working environment as part of Bupa's national network.
